We exist to support the cooperative economy in Maine through low-interest loans and equity investments. 

As an investment club, our members pool our money together to make collective investments that are larger than any of us could do alone.
We operate cooperatively, with all members getting a single vote no matter how much money they've contributed to the pool.

We were founded by a group of 10 friends, and have grown to 16 current members. None of us are high net worth, accredited investors — we're
everyday people who want to dedicate some of our money to supporting businesses that are doing good in the world.

We're always open to new members! The only requirements are that you live in Maine, support our mission,
participate in our online bimonthly meetings, and contribute at least $25/month.
